HR 392 with Additional Fees

HR 392 is the Best possible fix with huge Bi-Partisan support,
HR 392 amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to:
1. Eliminate the per country numerical limitation for employment-based immigrants, and
2. Increase the per country numerical limitation for family based immigrants from 7% to 15% of the total number of family-sponsored visas.

Unused Visa recapture with additional fees

Even if HR 392 or Per country limits bill is passed, it will still take several years to get the Green cards for the many. In this Testing Environment, it would be very uncertain for the people to wait for the Green cards for several years.
There was a Senate-wide push to recapture the unused Green cards in the CIR version of 2013, which passed the Senate, would need to push this as part of the Border security and DACA negotiations.

Amend Raise Act to include the Points for the Work experience

Even though Raise, the President Trump and WH administration always talk about the Raise act in the media, in the current form, it would make many talented people not to qualify even while having the more decade of Experience. As the points are not being given to years of experience and at the same time lose points due to the Age, it is a double edge sword. please bring this issue with all your lawmakers on this issue.
